What does it mean
when you ask "to be worn under glasses"? It
means the patch is made just a little less concave so the patch doesn't hit
the glass lense, but you are still able to blink
your eye lid.

Can I request the
strap to be made longer? Smaller? Yes, you can. When placing
your order all you need to do is write the size
strap you would
like in the comment box.

Is the clear elastic
better then the black elastic and do they both stretch? Yes, they both stretch.
The clear elastic is very durable and holds up very well. The only
down side is that it can tear if cut. The black elastic works best for children
10 and under, they are a lot harder on the patches.

Can you make a
custom patch and if so what do you need? I
do a few custom patches; it depends on what you are looking for. If you e-mail me with what you are looking
for, I can let you know it its durable or not.

Do you make patches for (wo)mans best friend? You know,
the four legged ones? Believe
it or not I get asked that question a lot, and yes I do make patches for
our little four legged friend. The biggest problem is getting them to
wear it. I think it's more to make
us feel better; they seem to think it's just another very special chew toy,
but I have had some success stories. So if you are looking for one, I suggest you order the children's small
and then adjust the strap (either by tying a knot in the strap or
requesting the strap to be made bigger or smaller, depending your four
legged friends size).

Do you take other
Credit Cards or Debit Cards besides Pay Pal? No, I'm sorry I don't.
I have been using Pay Pal for over six years
and have had great success with them. They not only protect me, but look
out for you as well. You can us your Credit or Debit Card with Pay
Pal and the best thing it doesn't cost
you anything. All you have to do is answer a few questions, give them
your card number, make up a password and you are in. They charge me a
small fee for each order.

Do
you take checks? I do take checks. If you
decide you don't want to use Pay Pal place your order and just before you
go to the final check out, print that page
and mail it to Eye
Patch Heaven, P. O. Box 21317, Bakersfield, CA 93390 along
with your check and as soon as the check clears the bank, the order will go
out.

Can I return my patch(es) for a different size
or a refund? Yes, as long as they
are returned in the original box (or a box of some kind, NOT an envelope-they
get smashed going through the postal service and cannot be restocked) and they may NOT be opened, for obvious health reasons.
If you want to exchange them for another size or style just put a note in
with the patch,
stating what you would like. If it's for a refund, one will be issued
through Pay Pal less the original
shipping and handling charge. Please note: Custom orders cannot be returned
for a refund or exchanged.

How does your
warranty work? I have a 30 day warranty on my
work. If for any reason you have a problem with your patch please e-mail me at eyepatchheaven@bak.rr.com
stating the problem and I will replace it at no cost to you.
How do I measure for the strap
size? Measure from the outside corner of
your eye, around you head and back to the same corner. This is the measure of
your head, then choose a patch style and subtract the patch width
from that measurement. Then subtract
1 for snugness and there you go. Example: Lets say your head
measures 21 and you want the Medium Classic. Subtract 3 (round off) from the 21 .less
the 1 for snugness and that gives you a 17 strap.
