What
does it mean when you ask, "to be worn under
glasses? It means
the patch is made a little less concave so it
doesn't hit the glass lenses. You are still
able to blink your eyelid.

Can
I request the strap to be made longer? Shorter?
Yes,
you can. When placing your order, all you
need to do is write the strap length
you
would like in the Add
special Instructions to merchant box,
just before you do the final check out process. |

Is
the clear elastic better than the black elastic
and do they both stretch?
Yes,
they both stretch. The clear elastic is
very durable and holds up very well. The
only down side is that it can tear if cut. The upside is
it looks great on. |

Can
you make a custom patch and if so what do you
need?
I
do a few custom patches. If there is a
pattern you would like to see, please e-mail me
your suggestions. |

Do
you make patches for animals? Believe
it or not, I get asked that question a lot. Yes, I do make
patches for our little
four legged friends. The biggest problem
is getting them to wear it, I think it's more to
make us feel better. They seem to think it's just
another very special chew toy, but I have had
some success stories. So if you are looking
for one,
I
suggest you order the children's small and then
adjust the strap (either by tying a knot in the
strap or requesting the strap be made longer or
shorter, depending on the dog's size). |

Do
you take Credit Cards or Debit Cards besides Pay
Pal?
No,
I'm sorry I don't. I have been using Pay
Pal for over five years
and have had great success with them. They
not
only protect me, but look out for you as
well. You can use your Credit or Debit Card
with Pay Pal and the best thing is, it doesn't
cost
you anything. All you have to do is answer
a few questions, give them your card number, make
up a username, password, and youre
in. They charge me a small fee for each
order. |
| 7. |
Do
you take checks? I
do take checks. If you decide you don't
want to use Pay Pal place your order and just
before you go to the final check out, print that
page
and mail it to Eye Patch Heaven, P. O. Box
21317, Bakersfield, CA 93390 along with
your check and as soon as the check clears the
bank, the order will go out. |

Can
I return my patch(es) for a different size or a
refund?
Yes,
as long as they are unopened (for obvious
health reasons) and in the original box, or a box
of the same kind. If you want to exchange
them for another size or style just put a note in
with
the
patch, stating what you would like. If it's
for a refund, one will be issued through Pay Pal
less the
original
shipping charge. Please note: Custom orders
cannot be returned for refund or exchange. |

How
does your warranty work?
I
have a 30 day warranty on my work. If for
any reason you have a problem with your patch,
please
e-mail me at eyepatchheaven@bak.rr.comstating the problem
and I will replace it at no cost to you. |

How
do I measure for a strap length? The
best way to measure is to start with an outside
corner of you your eye, around your head and back
to the same corner, this will give you the
measurement of your head. After you
have chosen the patch design you like, subtract
the patch width plus 1(to make sure the
patch is snug) and that is your strap size.
Example; Your head measures 22 and you want
the Large Classic.
The width is 3, less 1 for
snugness and that gives you an 18 strap
length.
Dont forget, I can make different strap
lengths. See
